LAMP SARS-COV-2 VARIANT DETECTION PANEL
Detection of SARS-CoV-2 main variants (spike mutations: 69-70 del, N501Y, E484K, K417N/T & L452R) from RNA, Nasopharyngeal and Saliva samples by Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) and/or Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR).
INTENDED USE
Our LAMP SARS-CoV-2 Variant detection panel is a group of products designed as an aid for the identification of SARS-CoV-2 Variants (United Kingdom (UK), South African (SA), Brasilian (BR) & Indian (IN) variants) by the detection of 4 mutations (N501Y, E484K, K417N/T & L452R) and one deletion (69-70del) associated with SARS-CoV-2 Variants.
Two product versions are available:
- Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP)
- RT-PCR
The products can be used on extracted RNA, oropharyngeal and nasopharyngeal swab samples, or on saliva samples.
