Marketing Officer
LaCAR is a young biotech company, active internationally, that develops, produces and commercializes worldwide CE-IVD diagnostic kits for genetics and new-born screening. To support our rapid growth and share our vision with the world, we are looking for a qualified and experienced "Marketing Officer" to join our team. Our offices and laboratories are based at the Sart-Tilman in Liege.
Role and tasks
As a Marketing Officer at LaCAR, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities related to our genetic diagnostic and newborn screening activities. This will involve collaborating with the sales and R&D teams to gather the necessary information.
- Establishing global marketing strategies, seting objectives, and tracking results.
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns, putting in place a Google Ads strategy.
- Designing social medias strategies and ensuring our presence, virtually or physically, at relevant events and promoting them.
- Managing and designing marketing materials such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, research papers, and brochures.
- Along with the sales team, performing market assessments and accessing feasibility for our products and projects.
- Analyzing market trends and competitors to optimize our strategy with the insight of the different departments.
- Managing the external image of LaCAR by giving a truthful image of the company.
- Taking care of the organisation and preparation of the different annual congresses.
Profile
- Min. 2-3 years experience in marketing and/or communication
- Have an interest in biotechnology, life sciences and medical industries
- Proven experience managing Google Ads Campaings
- Know how to conduct market assessments and design market access strategies
- Creative, with good content creation and website management skills
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills and can effectively present ideas to a variety of audiences
- You are a team player, but can also to work independently and take the lead in project
- Skills in design and communication softwares are an asset
