R&D Project Leader

As a R&D Project Leader you will participate to the development of new diagnostic products to enlarge the company’s product portfolio. You will manage the different phases concerning the development of a new product, including the planning of the necessary laboratory experiments, the execution and analysis of those experiments, and creating comprehensive reports about the obtained results. At the end of the product development, you will also be in charge of the transfer of the new product to the production department and the necessary training concerning the new product.

You will also communicate about the results and advancements of the project, within the R&D department as well as to other departments involved in the project.

You have a master’s degree in science (biochemistry, biotechnology, biomedical science or equivalent).

You have minimum 5-year experience in a biotech R&D environment

You have experience in molecular biology, immunoassay and/or mass spectrometry

You have excellent English writing skills in and can communicate in English

You have a good team spirit and like to work with a team
